CSU - Aparri held its 45th Commencement Exercises on July 12, 2023 with a total of nine hundred thirty-Eight (938) graduates from the 8 colleges holding 14 academic programs. The College of Business, Entrepreneurship and Accountancy produced 205 graduates, 96 from the College of Criminal Justice Education, 34 from the College of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, 192 from the College of Hospitality Management, 74 from the College of Industrial Technology, 109 from the College of Teacher Education, and 24 from the Graduate School.

The graduation ceremony was graced by the university president, Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado and joined by Dr. Mariden V. Cauilan, VP for RDE - Dr. Junel B. Guzman, CEO of Aparri Campus - Dr. Simeon Rabanal, Jr. , Executive Assistant to the President and University Information Officer- Prof. Ana Marie C. Cauilan, Director of Instruction - Dr. Lirio C. Mangawil, Director of Admissions - Dr. Maribi Maria Benita E. Balagan, Director of Student Welfare - Dr. Loraine S. Tattao, Director for Alumni Relations and Placement Services - Dr. Recto A. Aguirre in congratulating the graduates.
